At Napa Valley Support Services, we believe disability is not a limitation — it is a unique part of human diversity that enriches our society. Our programs are built around three core objectives: employment, education, and skill building. We work collaboratively alongside the people we serve to break barriers, explore individual interests, and achieve personal goals throughout the Napa community.

Our Programs

Each of our programs serves individuals with developmental disabilities in a distinct way. Each are rooted in the same belief that every person deserves the opportunity to live a full, self-directed life.
Community Support
Imperial Way
A Full Life
Since 1956, Imperial Way has supported individuals with developmental disabilities to maximize their personal and vocational potential. 70% of participants work in the community.
Arts Program
Brown Street Gallery
The Arts
A small, art-focused day program serving 30 individuals. Participants earn money through the sale of their creative work and exhibit regularly at opening receptions in the gallery.
Employment Services
Napa Personnel Systems
Employment
Since 1985, Napa Personnel Systems has helped over 180 individuals annually find, learn, and maintain jobs, one person at a time. CARF-accredited for excellence in job placement since 1986.
